About Olusola
I’m a self taught home chef who had to opportunity to compete on Master Chef Season 9. I enjoy cooking all types of food and all cultures of food. Food is life. I recently lost 140 pounds and would love to educate humanity on how to make healthier choices without feeling guilty. I started cooking at the young age of 6. I love cooking with exotic flavors and teaching others. I currently run a meal prep service where clients purchase pre cooked meals to focus on their weight loss goals. I’m fun and energetic and just love to cook and spread awareness.
