He offered a wide variety of cuisines. We chose southern food. When it was hard to find the greens we wanted, he immediately called with a few options. He truly delivered with an amazing alternative, the most delicious kale.
Our family and friends were impressed. It tasted just like my mom and I had stood in the kitchen for hours, but probably healthier!

Chef K has some of the best creations of food that I have ever tasted. My favorite is his Mango Curry Salmon. His homemade barbecue sauce is to die for. This guys gets 3 thumbs up.

Chef is extremely talented and experienced in not only pulling a menu together but paring foods together that satisfies his customers a well as meets the customer’s needs and tastes. I have used him for private events with family as well as referred him to others. He has become a part of the family and I absolutely enjoy working with him.
