About Mike
I worked as a professional full time ballroom dance instructor full time at a large chain and learned the structure of learning and teaching all dances in group and private lessons. waltz, vienese waltz, argentine and american tango, lindy hop, foxtrot, chacha, mambo, rumba, bolero
I come from a strong social dance background: salsa, bachata, west coast swing, blues/fusion. zouk
I play guitar and bass, was drawn to blues music at first. as an athlete I am a brazilian jiu jitsu blue belt formerly sponsored by on the mat fight shop while I was a competitive fighter, cross trained in muay thai as well as lived in thailand, boxing, wrestling, judo, mma, karate, sambo.
dabbled in rock climbing and crossfit. lots of yoga
