About Sofía

I help women connect with their bodies and release all the negative emotions through movement. In each EMBODIMENT session I guide you through powerful meditations and dance movements that help you awaken your feminine energy and feel confident of who you are.

I have my own methodology and its objective is to help you reconnect to your power and live a more joyful and exciting life.

You will:

- Recognize your beauty and potential

- Release emotions such as stress and anxiety

- Enjoy your body and fill it with love

- Connect with your wisdom to make better decisions

- Raise your self-esteem

You can see my work in my instagram profile, although its in spanish you can see my videos and how I guide other women:

About the lesson

I ask them what they want to work on and get to know how they are feeling. After this I prepare my sessions so that they can feel that is personalized and unique :)

The sessions with Sofi helped me gain confidence in myself again and taught me that I can dance freely and that magic is inside me. I felt empowered, free and loved by myself. Do this for yourself and your body and soul will forever be grateful!
