About Mondou
I'm not only a passionate dancer, I'm a specialist of teaching. You will meet lots of good dancers, but how many of them can really explain a move and break it down so that everybody can understand it?
Teaching is my life mission. What I like most of it, is to see women growing into a better state of global health and better chances of happiness. Sharing their experience is also a growing impulse for me...
"Helia offers classes all over the Treasure Coast of Florida, for women of all shapes and figures. She teaches different styles of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dances (Raks Sharki and Beledy) but her influences are mostly Egyptian and Lebanese. Although she is very attached to the beauty of the moves, her classes aim at personal growth and global health, through developing a strong mind/body/spirit/environment connection. She deeply cares about her students and respects them equally, regardless of their dancing abilities."
