About Rehana
it's very important to feel comfortable in your own skin and accept yourself as who you are. Those are values I teach in my lessons. Everyone's capabilities are different when it comes to dance. There are so many different types of dancing and you don't have to be the perfect dancer to portray passion and bring fire to your bodies movements. What I love about dancing is that it's an art that can be used to tell a story, portray an emotion, to converse with others, and most of all to keep yourself healthy and fit.
I have been studying various forms of dance for over a decade now. My area of expertise mainly lie in belly dancing. I also like to incorporate flexibility training, strength training, and cardio into my sessions. And I also give my students tips on nutrition so they know how to properly fuel their bodies for sessions.
