Birth doula over 15 years as well as 23+ year massage and bodywork therapist/maternity specialized. I'm both a ceritified instructor as well as a professional trainer for Dancing For Birth.

Everyone begins with our foundational belly dance movement. We progress from there with other dance forms. Latin, African, Carribbean and freestyle. It's not about being a good dancer, it's about being in your body and knowing how to move for better birth and really, it's sooo much more! No dance experience needed.
