Brooke is a great instructor who always starts with a warm up and finishes with conditioning. We worked on simple mobility in my body because I wanted to get back into movement again! I don’t regret it at all! We love Jazz! 😊

So far I have been learning basic moves in dance and all because of Brooke they don’t look terrible anymore. We have been doing things in class that I overall could never do. My flexibility has increased by far as well!
