My classes mostly takes 1hr30min.
Starting with floor work (streching, pilates, yoga basics) and intro to comtemporary dance (learning techique). I also prefer to do some improv in all of my beginning classes to see how I can improve your body in the best way. I charge $25 per lesson. I believe dance is a universal language and I am interested about helping people to move their bodies freely. I have been dancing for more than 20 years now and I would love to share all my knowledge and I look to dancing together.

I start dancing early ages and teaching became a part of my life when I was a teenager.
I trained classical ballet over 17 years and got a degree from dance school where I learned contemporary technique. I worked with different dancers and chorographers all over the world.
