About Isha

Hello greetings and blessings!

I am Isha Chhabra, I have been teaching Bollywood dance for last many years as I have been a part of Bollywood industry.

I grew up learning dance from all the big masters of Bollywood.

when I moved to LA I thought of spreading the fun and joy of Bollywood with everyone here!

Dance makes me happy and joyful, each time I invent my choreography , it gives me more motivation to create more And share with all the Bollywood lovers !

I began teaching meditation to my students in 2018

I have been a student of Vipashna,Isha foundation,Sri Sri and brahma Kumari...

also I have been trained in Adhishakti Theater which is located in Pondicherry (india)

i m from rishikesh (Uttarakhand ) the city itself the capital of yoga and meditation 🧘‍♀️

About the lesson

each student has diffrent prefrence like some students wants to meditate with breath practise and some just want to visualize and some wants guided or mantras meditation ..

i have desined my meditation course as per the student prefrence ....

Mostly my students are kids

It depends on wat u need to learn..

I held d meditation seminar in mumbai during COVID

that was online

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If students is not understanding any process they should ask the teacher , every students have different questions..
