About Aubrey

Aubrey began dancing when she was 3 years old. Growing up, she attended numerous auditions and summer intensives run by New York City Ballet. She has trained at Saugertes Ballet Center for most of her life, and has dedicated over 15 years as a principal dancer performing with the Ulster Ballet Company and their annual production of A Christmas Carol at UPAC. After completing the Performing Arts Program at DCC, she went on to dance with Tina Thompson’s SKIN dance company based out of Brooklyn NY before moving back upstate to have a family.Now a proud mama of 2, she is passionate about sharing her lifelong training with the next generation of dancers. She has years of experience teaching ballet to both children and adults of all ages and skill levels; As well as Lyrical, Jazz, and Modern Dance. She is thrilled and excited to begin working with you!

I love that my "work" doesn't feel like work. It is something that I truly love. Being able to teach my students new skills and watch them grow is very rewarding!

After I had my daughter I knew I wanted to pass down my knowledge and training to the next generation of dancers!

I am a full time dance instructor and coach. I eat, sleep and breathe dance! I am excited to share my training and skills with the world.

About the lesson

When working with a new student I like to get a feel of their comfort level and abilities so that I can gear our time together specifically to the students needs and wants. We will talk about your goals and I will help you reach those goals!

I have worked with all levels. Ranging from beginner to advanced from ages 2.5-18 as well as adult classes.
