I have been training with Robert for a fairly long time on private lessons. He is no doubt one of the best instructors you will find on West Coast Swing. He understands both the lead and follow's roles completely which gives him an excellent understanding of how to train, correct, and improve students' dance. We are lucky to have an instructor like him in the Phoenix area.

My partner and my self took several private lessons from Robert Campos. We were greatly improved as a result. As far as I am concerned, Robert is the BEST ! He is patient and taught us some terrific moves.

My wife and I attend as many of Robert's group lessons as we can, and always learn something new, or how to do something better. Robert demonstrated and practiced the steps of the choreography with almost all followers. I like also that he emphasizes on a different skill of WCS each time I had a lesson.

Robert is an excellent teacher. I took my first West Coast Steps on his Tuesday night class at NRJ, The beginners session gets everyone to dance and the advanced part of it is very fun and you can instantly use the combination later on the free dancing with anyone because they just work. Robert also puts a lot of effort to increase the popularity of West Coast Swing with plenty of courses and workshops. His teaching style is very accurate and he's patient with the class. The one or the other joke in between the technical explanation creates a really good and relaxed atmosphere.
He also has a very good music selection (pop, hip hop and a little country...perfect mix)

Robert is a great guy and an amazing dance instructor. Not only did he teach me how to start to learn to dance (always still learning, and refining), but what I learned from him completely changed my life. I used to go to bed at 9 o-clock, but now the dancing doesn't usually even start until after that and I am often out there enjoying the moves he taught me, center stage.

I have done lessons with Robert over the past nearly 3 years he’s a great instructor and makes the classes fun.
