About Kasey

My name is Kasey Darlene and I am a performer with Naturally Fit Agency with professional experience in acting, lifestyle and fitness modeling, and many forms of dance. My strengths as an instructor are acting, ballet and contemporary, and conditioning as I am a certified personal trainer. I feel that it’s hardly what I enjoy. It’s more who I am. It’s how I express myself.

Twenty years of dance experience with professional experience in film acting, lifestyle and fitness modeling, and many forms of dance. I have worked with countless instructors including Christian Kaplan of 20th Century Fox, Ben Shapiro, Lisa Hess of the New York City Ballet, and more.

About the lesson

We will talk about what you are wanting to learn and why. I am able to help you significantly more if I understand your “why”.

Ages three through adult! Beginner through pre-professional!

Look for an instructor that is concerned about your needs and genuinely wants to help you grow as an artist. Look for someone who builds you up and helps you find the right tools to be successful rather than tearing you down to make themselves feel superior to you.

Stepping into a a beautiful theater with stunning architecture and red carpet style seating and aisles knowing that I was able to help prepare for that exquisite production by working with most of the students in the company.
