About Robin
I have a Master’s degree in Reading and Writing and am a WI state certified teacher in Reading; English; General Music; and Choir. In addition, I have taught Study Skills, ACT/SAT Dental School and High School Admissions exam Prep, Piano, Voice, and Music Theory.
I work with strategies to move your learner from where that are to where they need to be.
I love getting to the “AHA!” or “Light Bulb” moment when everything makes sense! It’s what I strive for as I share strategies and skills with my students to get them to the next level.
I’ve helped students go from non-readers to readers; from ‘playing the radio’ to playing the piano; upped an SAT score 7 points so the girl could attend Marquette University ~ so many students over the past couple of decades!

Deadly! We knew that my grandson needed help when we saw how he struggled with writing. Robin helped my grandson develop good writing, studying and test taking skills. She tutored him weekly from June to October and he is doing well at writing in his first year of high school! We will definitely reach out to her again if he needs help in the future!
