About Jack
As someone who has Masters in Education and experience leading students at two middle schools and three summer camps, helping children discover, refine and unleash their potentials excites and inspires me. After teaching literacy and composition in Nashville, TN for four years, I am moving to Fairfax County in early June. I relished the opportunity to work with my students, and I am excited to study education further, as I have enrolled in George Washington University's Master of Public Policy program, which starts in Fall 2020. Whether building relationships with students at a Title I school in Nashville, leading programing for boy scouts at a camp in Connecticut, or teaching archery to exchange students at a junior boarding school program in Massachusetts, my diverse experiences has shown me that a one-size-fits-all approach is not best, and I am committed to tailoring a unique program that meets the needs of any student I am fortunate enough to work with.
Simply put, I love working with children to help them find their passions and reach their potentials.
