About Janley
Hello all, My name is Janley and I have a Bachelor’s in English literature and a Master’s in curriculum & Instruction with a focus on reading. I am currently an 8th English Language Arts teacher. As a child I always excelled in all my language arts classes. I have a love for books and all things literature and would be honored if you allowed me to help you with your struggles in Academic English. I have been teaching for 6 years and take pride in helping my students make academic gains. I cater my lessons to fit the needs of the learner.
I always wanted to be a teacher so that is what I went to school for and began my teaching journey 6 years ago.
I have a bachelors in English literature and a Masters on curriculum instruction with a focus in reading. I have taught 6-8th grade.

My process for working with students is first assessing them to see where they are academically if they are in K-12. Students can also request help in certain areas that they know they struggle in.
I have worked with high achieving students, on grade level, and students that struggle academically.

I charge hourly. $50 an hour to be exact for Monday-Friday. $60 an hour for weekends
