About Victoria
I acquired a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Prairie View A&M University and a MA in Organizational Communication. Currently, I am pursuing an M.Ed. in Education Administration with a mid-management/principal certification. I have completed several successful years as an educator at the secondary level, allowing me to apply what I have learned to make a difference in the community.
As a highly skilled communicator, I am adept in workforce alignment, needs assessments and performance track. Additionally, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate leadership and collaboration skills, I excel at:

Moreover, I possess the knowhow of establishing a relatable and inviting organizational environment that promotes learning and assist individuals in reaching their maximum potential. 2. The student will receive an assignment that matches they’re need a week prior to class starting
3. On the first class day the student will complete an entry assessment while I grade their assignment
