Please contact me via Facebook for inquires; Faithful Hope. I had been a teacher for 6 years; I had learnt journalism I first became interested in tutoring when I became a teacher. I remember vividly young and older students coming up to me and asking me for help with their work; I obviously supported. It gave me an enormous amount of Joy. Working one-on-one with students gave me fantastic insights into how students learn when tutoring. And getting to know students personally was a gratitude; knowing in class they come from many different places; but getting to know them was beautiful.

I started teaching after I got done with my education; in Cornell University. Teaching is not an east job; infact its really stressful. My grades were often A+ and all the students were asking me for notes and private lessons and they had passed! I teach many subjects, so whatever your child would like to learn;'I may offer help and/or assistance.

knowing about students on a personal basis not just their name and age; students may feel more comfortable with it, if not totally understandable. I like to believe I'm a very amicable person and form friendships faster and understanding people faster and students can feel welcomed and not scared or unwelcomed. I'll communicate and interact with students on a day-to-day basis as someone who has experienced this before I know how students feel and think. I often found myself as a teacher welcoming students who were "introverts" or in other words shy, not be able to talk and then in a week they felt comfortable and formed friends with many other students and teachers! For students, communication is KEY! All students must feel comfortable and happy with the teaching environment rather than feeling left out.

I had worked with students mainly from Grade 1 to Grade 10. I can teach any subjects for Grade 1-6 students, as I know it all. But starting from Grade 7 it may vary as there are newer subjects added and students are either weakened or gain strength in those years.

You must look for the teachers communication and educational skills. Many teachers often overwork and burnout. It stresses them out and they leash anger on students, connect with teachers who you feel most comfortable with, not only as a teacher but as a mentor.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If you are comfortable, don't hesitate! But if you are not I encourage you to please strengthen yourself up, I know it's hard opening about your struggles and sharing it with people not knowing what they think. Please if you are comfortable don't hesitate, seek assistance immediately. Sometimes, when playing a teacher role we may not know how to help or keep focusing on classes. But it's important to balance the two. As, if students aren't comfortable they may not want to learn.
