About Roland

I've taught all subjects as an elementary teacher. I've also taught high school business, middle school soc studies and earth science.

I've enjoyed my 27 years as a teacher and assistant principal. I have a masters in school administration, and just two classes away from a master's in child psychology. I've been able to take a whole elementary school in the inner city and raise the reading and math scores 17 and 21 percent. I am able to analyze your child and I'll work out a plan with the parents. Any tutor that tells you they can achieve the goals without parental and hopefully the teacher of record also.

About the lesson

The first step is to evaluate the child's current needs.

The second step is to plan a program that meets the students needs.

Step three start helping the student succeed
