About Rachel

Hello! I'm an experienced teacher with a special education background, and highly qualified in English. I currently teach 6th grade English and History, however, I support Math and Science classes as well.

I enjoy working with students individual, and figuring out what works best for them.

I started working with students in college at an after care program in my home town.

I am a certified English teacher with a special education background.

About the lesson

When working with a new student, I try to get to know them, and find out their interests, as well as their learning style.

All grades, special education, and general education.

My students participated in a winter concert, which was incredible. They were able to step out of their comfort zone, overcome fears, and put on a great show!
