Sam is a wonderful person- extremely caring, diligent, helpful, knowledgeable and dependable. I have known him for over five years through very challenging times and circumstances. All the while, Sam has always followed through on requests and provided follow-up information and guidance without reminder. Sam is a thoughtful, optimistic and good natured person. His temperament is even keeled which makes him a wonderful friend and confidant and excellent instructor. In all his interactions, Sam is intuitive and controlled - he has a knack for anticipating behavior so he is seldom caught off-guard and always communicates with respect.
