About Gabriella

My finest devotion towards this business is creating space and comfort to individuals who might have difficulty with langaueg and how to exoress themselves as such, but my ultimate goal is to make pathways and eaiser smarter alternatives and making it flexible for my teaching to support each individual student. Let me begin with my 5 year experience with nurturing and providing lessons to ADHD students as a daycare assistant at Childtime center in Southfield Mi.

I ultimately started teaching from my mother, she was a preschool teacher and growing up always encouraged me to develop in my own individual way which has inspired me to give back that same empathy and devotion into my own community.

I have an education valued equivalent to a high school diploma with an honors in AP 9th grade through 12th grade English literature . In addition, I also have a 5 year experience with caring and working with ADHD students.

About the lesson

When working with a new student, what I believe to be the most important issue is to build trust and be respectful of their current abilities. Show them what they are doing right and how you can work together to improve their skills. Respect their background and cultural differences. I always offer a one hour free face to face meeting, where we can exchange ideas and observe where I can help them the most.

I have worked with pre-school students and have helped with my ADHD brother with his own speech development.

Be cautious, if you have a bad feeling or feel something just isn't right with their profile, don't buy into it. Most importantly, be respectful and open because that's what you should expect from us.

I came in one way to tutor and assist with the actual teacher and while i was working with the class, this little girl asked me a question she had a very hard time solving so i helped her solve naturally and she hugged me and told me she'd love me just from thst small moment is what really motivates me.

I believe the first questions relies within themselves, asking themselves the questions and understanding what can I learn and self evaluate from the situation that can help my teacher better understand my needs.
