I take baseline data first and get to know the students in order to gain trust in one another to begin our learning process working together. After baseline data is collected and assessed I come up with a learning plan scaffolded on the weak points in the student's curriculum to fill in any gaps to complete full understanding of struggling content standards.
I have worked with every student there is and love them all the same. I am currently teaching in an inclusion classroom that has special education students integrated into the general education classroom.
