Basically, I graduated with the degree of Education major in English and I started as Homeroom teacher then eventually was able to be part with British Council accredited school.
I am currently practicing my profession dealing with students, upgrading my knowledge from time to time so that I will not be outdated on things I should know, with that I can deliver information to student with accuracy.
I had several training courses I took from my previous and current jobs so it helps me grow and develop more as an educator.

My typical process for working with new student is of course assessment. Getting to know what the children is capable and what he/she needs academically in that way I can assess how and what approach I could help the student best.
I worked with Multiracial students.
Remember a teacher should be engaging.
