About Deziree
Hi! My name is Deziree and I'm from California. I am a University of Southern California graduate with a Bachelor's in English Literature and I am currently a student at Arizona State University where I will obtain my Master's in English Studies this October. I am passionate about tutoring students and love meeting new people. I enjoy working with students of all ages and levels.
In terms of my experience: I have tutored students for a year and absolutely enjoy the process of crafting a flexible and individualized lesson plan. No student is the same, thus I feel that it is important to create a lesson plan that caters to the individual needs of each student. I have primarily worked with adult ESL students and have found that what students, of all levels and ages, struggle with the most is feeling confident in their abilities, especially while learning a new language. My goal is to help every student I work with meet and exceed their goals. I believe that every student has the potential to be excellent.
Feel free to reach out to ask me any additional questions. I look forward to working with you!
