About Lois
Hello! I teach reading and writing as well as ESL (English as Second Language) to students of all ages. I get to know each student's needs and goals (including the parents' goals for the student), and I create individualized lessons to help the student reach those goals.
My background includes a degree in Creative Writing, a teaching certificate, and over 20 years of teaching experience, including teaching online since 2017. I've taught all ages and all grade levels, from learning to read to analyzing literature and writing essays. These days, I teach only online. I love teaching and getting to know and help each student.
