About Rick
My program combines functional movements performed at high intensity, with constant variance, so you're never bored, and avoid plateaus. Functional training translates to every area of life, while helping you reduce body fat and gain muscle.
My name is Rick. I am a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Coach with specialty certifications in Mobility, Olympic Lifting, Kids Fitness Program, Gymnastics, Powerlifting, Strongman, Football, Endurance and USAW Level 1 Sports and Performance Coach.
I partake in ongoing continuing education courses, seminars, and certifications to strengthen my knowledge and continue to offer the best training practices for my clients. I train clients privately (one-on-one), in small groups (grab a friend or two) and coach group classes at Flagship CrossFit.
