About Joshua
My name is Joshua McGee. I am a personal trainer, fitness coach, strength and conditioning coach. I have over 16 years of experience training a diverse set of clients in a wide range of settings. I have a diploma in massage therapy. Fitness and healthy living have helped me heal from severe injuries, allowed me to compete professionally in martial arts, stay focused, and have given me a passion in life. I want to share my knowledge and my passion with my clients. I want to help you. You are ready to take the next step.
