About Trent
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and also hold an ACE Functional Training Specialist certificate. I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 and have had a strong interest and passion in health and fitness from a very young age. I've worked with clients of all ages, shapes and sizes, and with different goals. My customized programs and nutritional guidance help my clients look and feel their absolute best!
I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves!
I've had a strong interest and passion for what I do since a young age. I wasn't completely satisfied with the work I was doing at the time so I decided to do what I love for a living, that being personal training.
Certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and also hold an ACE Functional Training Specialist certification.

Typically the process starts with either a phone or in-person interview where we discuss goals, current exercise and nutrition habits and past experiences with exercise. We then make an appointment for a fitness consultation (if we don't do one time of interview), where I assess my potential client and determine their best path to success. Usually my clients start in phase 1 of my 4 phase program where we work on stability and mobility of the body. This phase is crucial, as most of the work done here creates the foundation for the other phases and helps reduce the risk of injury.
