ZUMBA with Shannon is a fun, exciting workout where I teach you how to shake it while dancing to great music. ZUMBA is a great alternative to getting in shape and building confidence!
Certifications: STRONG by Zumba (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training
ACE Certified in Group Fitness and soon Personal Training.
All ages and experience levels are welcome! :)
