About Preston
Each client receives an one-on-one consultation with a physical therapist to discuss their fitness history and goals. Together, we will create a personalized plan of action and collaborate to establish personalized wellness goals. We focus on assisting individuals in areas of weight loss, strength training, maintaining flexibility and falls prevention. Also, we serve individuals dealing with medical challenges including arthritis, pre-diabetic/diabetic conditions, post heart attack/stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and pre/post-surgical procedures.
We aim to keep you motivated and focused on track to ultimately achieve lifelong fitness and wellness success!
Possess Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree; Certification as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association for Geriatric Physical Therapy.
