About Gabriela
My name is Gabriela Salinas and I am a private flute teacher residing in North Fort Worth. While in high school, I attended flute festivals and competed in many competitions, including All-Region, where I went on to make the All-State band my final 2 years. I went on to continue my music and flute studies at TCU and have been teaching in this area for 5 years now. While in college, I had the honor of performing with the TCU Wind Symphony and Symphony Orchestra, as well as the TCU Marching Band my first 2 years. I also got the opportunity to play with the National Flute Association Collegiate Flute Choir in 2018 in Orlando, Florida. I am now teaching in both EMSISD and Crowley ISD and hope to continue building my studio and sharing my love of music! I believe that studying music can be very beneficial to many aspects of one’s growth if teachers and students are all equally committed. I believe in a happy and healthy learning environment and look forward to starting lessons with students.
