About Johnathan
With the transition from the NFL, my passion is to continue to have Football a part of my life. Coaching/training/mentoring is my passion and joy of knowing that I can Impact, develop, and motivate someones life every day and watch them grow!
I’ve trained and coached kids in high school, college during the off seasons of playing in the league. I believe to be a relatable, trustworthy and dependable coach to all level athletes.
Very young age always being a student of all sports and learning about how the human body best works!
Being a professional athlete at the highest level (NFL) i've been through in seeing a lot of different training in a lot of different areas. I've also been a Trainner at D1 Sports for 4years. I've dealt with just about every type of athlete from every different background!

Get to know the students goals and expectations of training! Put them though a baseline test of drills. After the baseline test, I will make out a critique plan that will best fit my student.
All levels athletes 4years old -50 years old
I would ask the student to make make a list of all his/her needs/ wants in a trainer and ask questions that would help make the right choice. Also someone who will be fun and understand to come around!
Someone who has not only study the game but also played the game. That way you can get the full experience. Also cover all the scenarios that can and will come up when playing this game of football!
