About SANJITAVATNI VELU

Hi future students,

My name is Sanj, and I’m someone who truly understands what it feels like to struggle with studies, feel confused in class, or lose confidence before exams. I’m currently a student myself, which means I’m very familiar with the challenges you face and that’s exactly why I want to teach.

I want to become a tutor because I enjoy helping others understand things in a simple and clear way. There’s something really meaningful about seeing a student go from “I don’t get it” to “Oh, I understand now!” that moment matters to me. I don’t just want to teach for the sake of teaching; I want to make a real difference in how you feel about learning.

I believe that no student is “weak” sometimes, they just need the right explanation, the right pace, and someone who is patient enough to guide them. That’s the kind of tutor I aim to be for you. I will always try to explain things in ways that are easy to understand, and I will never rush you or make you feel bad for asking questions.

My goal is to help you improve not only your results but also your confidence. I want you to feel more comfortable with your subjects and believe in your own abilities.

So if you choose to learn with me, I’ll do my best to support you, guide you, and help you succeed — step by step.

About the lesson

Every student learns differently, and that is why my personal approach to private tutoring focuses on understanding each student individually rather than using one fixed teaching method for everyone. I believe that learning should be comfortable, interactive, and confidence-building, not stressful or boring.

First, I always start by understanding the student’s strengths and weaknesses. Some students understand faster by seeing diagrams, some by listening to explanations, and others by practicing questions. I adjust my teaching style based on what works best for the student so they can understand topics more easily.

Second, I focus on building strong basic concepts. Many students struggle not because the subject is difficult, but because their foundation is weak. I make sure students understand the basics clearly before moving to harder topics. This helps them become more confident and independent in their studies.

I also create a comfortable learning environment where students are not afraid to ask questions. I always encourage students to ask, make mistakes, and try again because mistakes are part of learning. I am patient and supportive, and I explain topics in simple ways until the student understands.

In addition, I help students with study techniques, time management, and exam strategies, not just homework. My goal is not only to help students pass exams but also to help them become better learners and more confident in their abilities.

With my personal approach to tutoring, students will not just memorize answers, but they will truly understand what they are learning. When students understand, they perform better, feel more confident, and start to enjoy learning.

That is the difference in my tutoring approach. I don’t just teach subjects, I help students believe in themselves and reach their full potential.
