About Svetlana

Are you looking to reduce your accent while speaking Standard American English? Perhaps you’re concerned that people don’t understand you enough at work or while attending interviews to get that great job. I have worked with natives from a variety of countries: India, Russia, France, Spain, Brazil, and other Spanish speaking countries. All hoping to sound more intelligible in speaking English while giving presentations, speaking over the phone, and during interviews. I love languages and would love to help you with improving your intelligibility.

About the lesson

The first session includes a brief evaluation using tools that I have found over the years to be most beneficial. I also discuss goals with my clients for the course. Goals that my clients would like to accomplish and those that I have determined through the evaluation process. I use a systematic approach during the course addressing each area of need starting with the elements that are easiest to improve.
