About Renata
Hi! I'm Renata and I'm a student based in Portugal. In addition to speaking portuguese, which is my mother tongue, I also speak fluent german, since I have been learning the language since I was 3 years old, and english.
I recently started my tutoring business, focusing mainly on teaching portuguese and german to kids, teenagers and adults.
I spent my whole life studying at an international school in Lisbon, where I was introduced with the german language at the age of 3, english at the age of 8, and french at the age of 12, while at the same time speaking portuguese with my friends and family.

I like to first have a simple conversation with the student, in order to understand their level of portuguese/german, and their linguistic goals.
When teaching, I will try a variety of teaching methods (like dialogues, reading, vieweing and describing images, watching videos or hearing audios) and will try to understand which technique is the students favorite or the one the student learns the most with
