About Alan

I've been giving lessons for years and I make the art of the swing very simple to understand and repeatable. I get excited when I teach someone and they improve dramatically and are excited about golf again. My passion for golf has no limits. I live and breath golf so you don't have to. A couple hours with me and you'll be ready for any situation on the links.

I truly enjoy giving golf lessons and watching someone take my swing thoughts and mechanics to the course. I not only teach the fundamentals of the game but also what to think during a swing. Making your swing very consistent and powerful. I have the secrets to a more powerful and a more repeatable swing. Knowing is half the battle ; )

I'm self taught. I've been playing golf for over 20 years. I've worked with students as young as 5 years old. I have a way with words and drills that improve your game and swing thoughts. I have 8 hole in ones and constantly shoot in the low 70's and high 60's. I've worked with some retired professionals over the years and I have the mentality and energy to improve your game and enthusiasm about golf.

About the lesson

I usually start with the short game and work what I teach there into the rest of the game. I want you to basically have the same thought on every shot you take. For lower handicapped players it's more teaching some different techniques that improve your game dramatically. Longer straighter and more repeatable is the goal.
