About Steve

Nine Hole private golf club located just minutes from the 93/128 interchange.

I went to the Golf Academy of the South in Orlando, FL; which was where I started teaching, while under the close supervision of my professors.

I’m a PGA Class A Certified Professional, who has attended many PGA sponsored coaching and teaching seminars during my twenty plus years in the golf industry.

About the lesson

I like to learn as much as I can about the student. I want to learn why they are here taking a lesson and what they are trying to achieve from the lesson(s).

I enjoy working with students who want to improve and have fun playing the game. One who’s not afraid to make a change to their swing and wants to practice. I have taught many students from beginners to experienced and of all ages.

I have over twenty plus years of teaching experience and have learned how to help students improve their game. I use a combination of teaching aids, video, and launch monitors to help the student achieve their goals of improving and learning the game.

A was fortunate to spend a day with my Dad at The Masters Tournament last year. Even though we didn’t get to see any shots because of the rain; we got to walk the course, which was amazing seeing in person.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
There are three main questions each student should ask themselves. 1. Why do I need lessons? To improve their handicap/score? To fix a part of their game that isn’t working correctly. 2. Am I committed to practicing what I learned at the lesson? Golf instructors can identify issues with your golf swing and give you drills to fix it, however, without practice the swing won’t change much. 3. Are you committed to improving your game or is this a quick/band-aid lesson? Golf instructors can only do so much. To improve your game, you have to be committed to practicing and taking lessons.
