About Lee

We learn YOUR favorite songs! I am patient and fun and a bargain!

I am a muralist and a professional portrait painter, so I have low stress and a fun job that is very rewarding.

I have been giving friends informal lessons for a while then I started taking on more regular students working lessons in to my new schedule. I love to learn new songs with my students and watch them grow as musicians.

I have given hundreds of guitar lessons for over 15yrs, as well as facilitating many large community murals and teaching art classes to college and high school students.

About the lesson

I initially ask the student what the goal is for them and what they plan on doing with the ability to play guitar. Then I can tailor a lesson plan that fits.

Older, younger, I have worked with all kinds of students and I am confident and comfortable doing so.

Be sure about the schedule you want to set for the lessons and start to think of all of the fun songs and riffs you want to learn!

I went to a neighbors house and they had a guitar and asked if anyone new how to play. I entertained them with a few Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon and Grateful Dead Songs.
