About Jason
I played by ear / on my own for 20 years before I started taking lessons.
Don't do that.
I'm here to demystify getting started with guitar and help you learn to play and have fun sooner than you might think. I don't wish anyone the frustration I have endured. Lol
I've been playing for 30 years and taking lessons for 5. I can help you get started. You don't need a BA in concert performance / music theory to get started on the guitar.

We set up a time- first session we need an hour, after that-30 minutes is fine.
I come to you, I can bring you a guitar if need be. You need to have a quiet, distraction free space where we can sit and play. Pen and paper should be handy in case we need to take notes.

I'm 20$ a lesson. Pretty cheap. I'm simply doing this because I like to.
You don't need to pay a pro $30-$80 for 1/2 hour to tell you the names of the strings and how to start getting your fingers to bend to play chords.
