About Lindsey
My name is Lindsey Lasell and teaching flute is my passion! I graduated with a Bachelors in Music Education from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. I spent 4 years teaching beginning to advanced flutes in the Great State of Texas where I taught as an assistant high school director and 6th grade director of band and coordinator. I am certified to teach music to all ages K-12 in both Oklahoma and Texas. I spent the last 2 years teaching general music education and taught flute lessons to my past students in Texas.
As a music educator, my philosophy is to create an nurturing enviornement for my students to explore the infinite possibilities of creating music through inspiration and human expression. I want my students to feel safe in taking risks and making mistakes while learning what music has to offer!
I love helping my students crush their personal goals while developing a new drive and competitive edge as a musician! I enjoy watching their skills flourish and confidence grow as a musician!
