About Perry

I am passionate about music, about how it can improve your life, and how you can grow and improve your musical skills.

I've been an active performer and teacher for over forty years. I have performed nationally and internationally with leading names in the music business. I have many recording credits. I have a master's degree in music.

Music is a service to people. I like making people happy, making them smile and feel better. I like helping students break through their obstacles and reaching the next plateau.

It started with people hearing me perform and feeling that I had something which they liked and wanted to know more about.

A Master's degree in Music on top of over forty years of experience as a performing and teaching musician.

About the lesson

A quick assessment of the current level yeilds the action plan for moving forward. A set of tools is given the student that propels understanding of the interconnectedness of various musical ideas.

Children through adults.

A really effective teacher gives direction. The student must do work but the teacher can suggest where that work can be done to yeild the best results with maximum efficiency.

I'm even more passionate about performing than ever - every show I do has something special about it.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The student will get the most out of lessons if they bring specific questions to the lessons. The student who merely says "Alright, teach me something" has not given the process enough thought to acheive the most optimal results.
