About Elisa
Welcome!
I am originally from Italy and have a passion helping people learning Italian and tutoring their leadership. I have a Master's Degree in Management Engineering and have a certification in International Leadership Management. I worked for multinational companies as a manager, where I was able to support the growth of people as a tutor through my communication skills, public speaking and management of cross functional roles and large projects. In the past I have had experience as an au pair and tutor of students of different ages. I usually use a customized teaching method for each student, which includes an initial assessment to facilitate path building and goal attainment. The materials used may vary from ppts to books, exercises, and online documents. I want to teach Italian in a way through which learning is easy and the students feel confident and comfortable with a new language.
