About Jaleel
I believe that each of us is inherently valuable, worthy of love, whole and powerful beyond measure.
It's through a process of self-inquiry, polishing the mirror and discovering what lights us up that discover our treat expression of self.
When a client breaks through the social programming and conditioning to find a universal truth inside them, I'm filled with joy and gratitude. I relish in those moments.
My personal mission is to create and hold space while facilitating the expression of another person's genius.
I blend mindfulness, peak performance, breathwork and embodied cognition with a trauma informed approach and decades of life experience.
I do this work because it's what I've been called to do. I went from working in silicon valley to starting my own breathwork studio where I coach, teach and train the practices that changed my life.
I love my work.
