About DaVan

I am a trauma Informed Meditation Instructor. It's important to know that almost everyone is or has been a work in progress. I use my life experiences and trainings to help coach and guide my students. I am here to teach you how to use your body as best you can without feeling the need to be perfect. No two people are the same and I fully understand that. Let's see if I can help you with your stress management.

I am a Yoga and meditation instructor. My general focus is meditation for relaxation and are focused on grounding and breath control. I would love to learn how we can work together. I offer customized meditation classes or a series focused on the chakra and proper diets. Included participants will begin with a 30 minute meditation and breath work practice and 30 minutes of dietary cleanses per each chakra. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

I started teaching because I found that yoga and meditation helped me focus my energy and become self aware. I uncovered so much about myself and my life began to transform. I decided that I wanted to be able to share these techniques with people just like me. Seekers!

I've completed a 200 hour yoga training as well as a training that helps student cleanse their systems.

About the lesson

My process for working with new students is to find out what their goals are and what they are willing and able to do to reach them.
