About Alessandro
Working with individuals to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health is what really motivates me to do this work. There is no greater satisfaction when I can inspire someone, help them reach their fullest potential, and motivate them to take charge of their life. I enjoy being of service to others, in my belief, it is what we're all on this planet to do.
A little bit about myself, I was a born and raised New Yorker who left a promising career in advertising years ago selling most of what I owned to set out for Asia. It's a story you've heard many times before yet that moment I left everything behind for the unknown, was the moment I finally took charge of my life.
I worked with countless teachers in the practices of yoga (primarily Iyengar, Yin, Kundalini, & Ashtanga) as well as extensive time practicing Buddhist meditation in the Theravada tradition within Thailand.
I'm here to offer my clients a glimpse into who they can be when they drop the limiting story and beliefs that have held them back for too long. It only takes a moment to make the decision to change, so take back your power, create the life you've dreamed of.
As a life coach, teacher and mentor, I can only lead my clients to the door. It is their choice whether they want to walk through it. My goal with all of the people who come to me for my services is to build a relationship, get to understand what it is they are choosing to hold onto and offer simple strategies for learning to let go.
My rates are very affordable and as a teacher I am always available to my clients day and night by phone or email.
