About Shwanna
We are a life coaching and mental wellness firm. We specialize in preventative mental healthcare by providing space for individuals to express themselves about everyday life circumstances in order to reduce transitioning into a health crisis.
The work of helping a person move from where they are currently to where they desire to be in their life is so satisfying. I enjoy witnessing the transformations that happen within my clients. It's a joy to see the light in their eyes when they have an "aha" moment or breakthrough and they regain confidence in themselves.
I was an unofficial "coach" for many years, before I officially took on the title of Life Coach. I've always had family and friends come to me for guidance because I listened to them and was able to give impartial advice. I always got joy from helping people unravel thoughts in their mind so they could receive clarity on their decisions. In 2015-2016 I decided to pursue my dream job full time and I started my own practice.

We start out with a 20 minute consultation where I gather information about you and why you have chosen to seek help. This conversation allows us to get acquainted with each other
We work with a variety of students. Our clients range from children, teenagers, couples, families and individuals.
When looking to hire a coach you want to feel comfortable opening up to your coach. Your coach will be your partner in helping you reach goals and also help you work through internal & external blockages you may encounter, so you want to trust that they have your best interest and that they are understanding of your life situation.

Details
Our sessions range from $45 up to $135 depending on the service being provided. We offer simple listening sessions which give you the opportunity to express anything you may be experiencing that you want to talk about. We also offer full coaching/therapeutic sessions where you will not only be listened to but one of our coaches will provide you with tips, tools and strategies to help you manage what you're experiencing.
