About Pamela

It is my mission to live with intention, courage and fearlessness. I spent years searching peace-living with anxiety & depression, feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, not finding satisfaction in work or relationships.

With growth through yoga, moving the body, meditation, breathwork I have been able to surrender-allow something greater to hold the things I couldn't. And you can too!

My mission has led me to happily helping women and men reconnect to their divine wisdom and mission, tap into their inner authority, and live on purpose, with passion.

I’m no nonsense. I’m straight forward. I’m bold.

I believe in your greatness. I see your light.

And I will show you where you are hiding from yourself.

Having been struggling with anxiety and depression, being uncomfortable in my own skin, not feeling satisified in work or relationships I knew I needed something. And my journey started on the mat. Just the act of moving my body began to open new pathways, relieve stresses and create movement physically and mentally and emotionally. It also created a spiritual practice.
I began to surrender-to let go to something bigger than me because I couldn't hold on anymore. That began a new outlook of living with intention.

I have completed 1000+ hours in Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. I have been teaching for 5 years and practicing for well more. I also hold my certifications in Reiki energy work, yin yoga and vinyasa.

About the lesson

When working with new students the goal is to get intentional with where you are at to where you want to be. We will show you ways to use your yoga on and off the mat in your real life. With the stresses, demands and deadlines of every day life Kundalini provide the most effective and efficient way forward.
We will start by incorporating body movement, breathwork, stretching and meditation that will create the biggest difference for what you are working through. This practice is for everyBODY.

Kundalini is the fastest, most effective and efficient way to change your state. I have worked with all types of students-it's called a householders yoga for a reason! I've worked with moms, teachers, police officers, doctors, students, children, office workers, sales people, men, women, seniors, and more.

Choose a teacher who resonates with you. It is your life you are preparing to grow-find someone who you can grow with. Someone that lights up your light, is willing to be honest with you, compassionate, and able.
