About Elly
I have a passion for helping my students reach their goals, whether mentally or physically. Surprising yourself with what your mind and body can do when you allow it is facsinating.
I also enjoy setting attainable goals with my student, and supporting them through their journey to achieve them.
If you have the proper guidance and are willing to work hard, you will succeed. And I can show you how reaching your goals can be fun!

Typically I always like to have an open conversation with a new student on their past experiences, any injuries and what their goals are.
From 70 year old women needing to move to 30 year old men wanting to be ripped to moms just wanting to shed some baby weight!
Be completely honest with your personal trainer about your habits, tell us what it is and not what we want to hear! ;)
