About Brittany Lee

I began training gymnastics at the age of 2, and I began coaching gymnastics as well a decade later. By 16 years of age, I began exploring the benefits of yoga, and I started implementing the practice in my life. At the age of 22, I became a Yoga Instructor, teaching a wide range of ages and skill levels. With health, nutrition, and athletics being such an important element in my life, I began instilling this passion to others that looked to strength, balance, flexibility, and conditioning to expand on their health and well-being, whether it be through teaching Gymnastics, Dance, Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, and Personal Training.

I am a Yoga Instructor at New Vista, online for students around the country. In the past, I have taught beach yoga classes in Florida, yoga in the gym at LA Fitness in Washington, DC, and at schools in Tampa. I have been helping people grow and find their physical potential through yoga for many years now for students between the ages of 10 to 78, with a wide range of skill levels.

About the lesson

I cater each class to the abilities of each student. Then I set a plan that enables movement for each student to reach his or her goals.

I have worked with students from every population. My classes have ranged in skill level from elite athletes to beginners first embarking on steps to a healthy lifestyle. I have taught children as young as the age of 2 in gymnastics to teaching people at the age of 78 in bootcamp classes.

Details

Each private yoga class is $20 for 1 hour.

Other private lessons embodying alternative and focused skills are also $20 per class that is 1 hour in Length.

Personal Training is $30 per class that is 1 hour in length.
